Meet Rich the PT
Licensed Physical Therapist
and Health Coach

My goal is for you to be as physically active as possible so you can live well and age well among your family, friends, and neighbors.
As a physical therapist and health coach in the greater Fredericksburg, VA region, I mainly focus on three areas:
-
Improving health and quality of life for those in middle age and beyond
-
Restoring functional mobility after joint surgery, stroke, and other events
-
Managing physical effects of neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease
During more than 25 years of practice, I've helped countless patients in assisted living facilities, hospitals, and their homes throughout central Virginia.
Now I'm bringing my passion to help those in need and my dedication to becoming the best possible therapist to my own practice.
My professional background

My personal journey
Shortly after graduating from physical therapy school, I moved from New York City to Fredericksburg and fell in love with the area—and an amazing woman with whom I now have three beautiful children (as well as two dogs, two cats, a turtle, and a lizard).
Along with being a thankful husband and father, I enjoy many activities such as camping, growing vegetables, and nurturing the next generation professionally, intellectually, and spiritually.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help you and look forward to building an active future with you!
